Tree Tapping 101: Learn the science and the art behind tapping a maple tree. You’ll see firsthand how we collect the sap that starts the whole process.
The Sugar House Experience: Step inside our sugar house to see (and smell!) the magic of evaporation as sap transforms into thick, amber syrup.
The Ultimate Reward: What’s a maple tour without a taste test? Cap off your afternoon by trying our very own Auerfarm syrup drizzled over a warm, fluffy pancake.

Santa on the Farm – Save the Date!

A magical time of year for visiting Auerfarm with family and friends in tow. Santa always takes time out to spend it with his friends of all ages. A free event for all, yet accepting donations. Complimentary hot cocoa will be served and arts and crafts activities for children. Christmas trees will also be on sale.
