Learning Center Classroom
Heated classroom space with access to projector screen and kitchen. Bathrooms are located within the building as well. Handicap accessible. Table seating for up to 30 adults. Theater style seating for up to 50.  Seven-8’ tables and 50 chairs available for use. Rental cost is $100/hr. Call for more information. 

Ensign-Bickford Picnic Pavilion
Open air shelter that is perfect for late spring, summer, and fall events. Has electricity and access to water.  Picnic table seating for up to 70 adults. Rental cost is $100/hr. Call for more information.

New Classrooms/Auditorium
Heated and cooled classroom space that can be divided into two smaller spaces.  Attached warming kitchen and restrooms. Will seat 100 in auditorium style seating. When divided into two rooms, space will accommodate 5 tables with 40 chairs. Rental cost is $100/hr. Call for more information.

Science Center Classrooms
Heated classroom space with flexibility to divide into two separate spaces.  Handicap accessible.  Table seating for up to 30 adults (10 and 20 when room is divided).  Theater style seating for up to 40.  Six 8’ tables and 50 adult chairs available for use.  Rental cost is $100/hr. Professional Photography
A reservation, made at least 7 days in advance, is required for any professional photography session. Reservations can be scheduled by calling the main office at 860.242.7144. Your photography session will be noted on Auerfarm’s calendar. A photography rental pass will be issued which may be picked up in person prior to your scheduled session or mailed to you. This pass must be prominently displayed on your person/equipment or presented to an Auerfarm staff member when requested. Rental cost is $200 per session.

Facility rental requirements: The renter must provide a 50% deposit upon confirmation that the date and time are available. The remainder of the balance must be paid 7 days before the event. Please note that if you plan on serving alcohol, a licensed bartender must be hired to serve. A copy of their license/insurance certificate must be sent to mdibella@auerfarm.org at least 3 days prior to the date of the event. The same holds true for any outside vendor. Events with alcohol or outside food vendors require the renter to obtain a one day insurance rider naming the 4-H Education Center at Auerfarm. This must be sent to mdibella@auerfarm.org at least 3 days prior to the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in the event being cancelled. Any deposits will not be refunded in these instances.
